Sydney’s Best Italian Restaurants

In my on-going global food discovery journey, I’ve not met many who don’t love, LOVE, Italian food.  And whilst carbs have become somewhat of a taboo word in certain health circles, and I’m a big balanced diet believer, you’ll never see me giving up that bowl of steamy hot, al dente goodness.  Pasta.  Risotto.  Osso Buco.  You name it I’ll devour it.  I love the diversity of the cuisine from North to South, the regional distinctions in flavours and ingredients and the oh so rustic and oh so seemingly simple dishes of 4 ingredients that taste like a mouthy masterpiece.

Yes, Italian is one of my favourite cuisines.  So, cast aside the carb haters and slurp up that spaghetti!  Life’s too short.
