In our on-going global food discovery journey, we’ve not met many who don’t love, LOVE, Italian food.  And whilst carbs have become somewhat of a taboo word in certain health circles, and we’re big balanced diet believers, you’ll never see us giving up that bowl of steamy hot, al dente goodness.  Pasta.  Risotto.  Osso Buco.  You name it we’ll devour it.  We love the diversity of the cuisine from North to South, the regional distinctions in flavours and ingredients and the oh so rustic and oh so seemingly simple dishes of 4 ingredients that taste like a mouthy masterpiece.

Yes, Italian is one of our favourite cuisines.  So, cast aside the carb haters and slurp up that spaghetti!  Life’s too short.
