Sydney’s best Fine Dining Restaurants

They say variety is the spice of life, no?  And where can we get more variety than in our wonderful, colourful melting pot that is Sydney’s food scene.  Pick a cuisine, pick a style, pick a location, we are simply spoilt for choice.  And whilst we’re big fans of the humming street-side food truck, for us, there’s always a time and a place to go hard or go home.  We’re talking fine dining.

It’s here that we appreciate the ‘art’ of food and all things surrounding it.  Whilst some may come and go feeling that their favourite burrito joint gives them better value for money, we feel fine dining gives us an opportunity to appreciate the detail.  To really look at how the food is constructed, presented, what decisions have been made.  It’s easy to miss the complexity and level of detail that often goes into a fine dining delicacy, but here we go to some of our tried and true favourites.  Those that are supremely clever in their delicious delivery of complexity and class.

Dust off the suits and frocks ladies and gents, and check out our list of the best fine dining restaurants in Sydney, in no particular order:
