Degustations have come a long way.  Once reserved solely for fine dining restaurants and usually exorbitantly priced, the modern degustation is being taken up these days by some of our favourite Sydney spots.  White tablecloths optional.

    Chef Clayton Wells is serving up a degustation only menu at Automata, in a relaxed approachable atmosphere.

    This degustation only restaurant in a little know restaurant suburb is one of the pioneers of the modern degustation.

    No Sydney degustation list would be complete without Tetsuyas.  Sure, it’s fancy pants and it’s not cheap.  But it is something you need to add to your Bucket List if you’re a foodie.
