Review of Taylor’s Rooftop Bar
City workers will be particularly pleased with the opening of Taylor’s Rooftop Bar, perched above the Republic Hotel.
Taylor’s Rooftop Bar is a calm oasis in a chaotic city centre, with lush greenery, comfy seating and an open roof-top allowing the sun to shine through (if you should be so lucky).
Drinks wise you’ve got signature cocktails, cocktail jugs, beer and wine of course.
For when hunger strikes there’s plenty of share plates (coconut chicken skewers, prawn tacos or baby back riblettes for example), salads or more substantial dishes (such as pulled pork burgers, quesadilla’s or sirloin steak) to fit the bill. Oh, and their cheese plate offers one of our favourites – Brillat Savarin! So good if you haven’t tried it!
Taylor’s is no doubt going to appeal to the corporate set looking for a breath of fresh air for after work drinks, lunches and dinners and it’s perfectly suited for groups. Also, good to know late at night they offer DJ’s and live music so it’s the perfect spot to let your hair down after a hard days grind.
