This is exciting Sydney. Project Botanicals is coming to Sydney for 3 weeks only and if you love gin and food, we suggest you take note as this is likely to be right up your alley.
Project Botanicals is a cocktail and dining experience.
Awarded Chef James Viles of Biota Dining, Bowral is behind the food, whilst the Bombay Sapphire team (and some of our local talent) are creating the matching cocktails.
The 5 course set menus are designed around the 10 botanicals found in each bottle of Bombay Sapphire and each dish will be matched with a Bombay Sapphire cocktail. Two menus will be offered (depending on your preferred tastes). Plants & Roots or Berries & Bark.
An open bar will be available during the night with a rooftop bar available for pre or post dinner drinks.
Tickets are $105 each (+booking fee) and include a 5 course set menu with paired cocktails.
