Roll up. Roll up.  Le SALON DadA is popping up at Claire’s kitchen at le salon!

Le SALON DadA is a Surrealist Dinner and Show put on by Marc Kuzma (aka Claire de Lune), who brought us Claire’s kitchen at le salon, as well as next door’s cabaret venue, Slide, amongst other ventures.

But just what is Surrealism you may ask?

Well, the dictionary definition says:

‘A 20th century avant-garde movement in art and literature which sought to release the creative potential of the unconscious mind, for example by the irrational juxtaposition of images.’

So, there you go.  You get it.  Think big.  Think bold.  Leave your inhibitions at the door.

A seat on the night at le SALON DadA offers you a 6 course menu, including a cocktail and canapés on arrival, followed by soup, appetizer, entrée, main and dessert.  Frenchy style of course!

But, if you know Marc/Claire, you know this is not going to be just your ordinary dinner!  Expect to be surprised with immersive entertainment happening around you during the night.

I was invited to attend the opening night of le SALON DadA.  Here’s a sneak peak of what you can expect on the night:
