Review of Catalina
Catalina at Rose Bay is a Sydney dining institution. It is a family run business, which has been going strong for 20 years and has been the recipient of numerous well deserved accolades.
Situated right on the water, this stunning restaurant is the perfect place to bring guests to showcase our beautiful city. Catalina is a quintessential Sydney dining experience. To make the most of the view, we suggest arriving for lunch and spending an afternoon luxuriating in the glamorous surroundings.
Naturally seafood is a specialty and they also offer a sushi and sashimi menu thanks to Master Sushi Chef Yoshi Fuchigami. Head Chef Mark Axisa has created a fresh and authentic menu, inspired by the classics – French, Italian, Spanish and Mediterranean.
In addition to the A La Carte Menu in the restaurant, Catalina also offers a Bar Food and Cocktail Menu, served alfresco. Just perfect if you’re wanting to keep the cost down, whilst still enjoying that fabulous view and award winning food. We can’t go past their Seafood Plate accompanied by a refreshing cocktail.
Oh, and if you really want to make an entrance, arrive by Seaplane, Water Taxi or Italian Speedboat!
