Salt Meats Cheese are offering a series of Butchery Master Classes, with the next class focussing on Sausage Making. You’ll learn everything you need to know, from the casings to the fillings to make your own gourmet sausages at home.
As with most Cooking Classes offered by Salt Meats Cheese, you won’t be going hungry with plenty of snacks, tasting and beers to wash your new found knowledge down with.
