Review of Bowery Lane
FEATURED IN: TOP 10 HOTTEST NEW RESTAURANTS OF 2014
A slice of the Big Apple has come to Sydney’s CBD in the form of Bowery Lane.
Named after a stylish New York Lane, popular at the end of the 18th Century, Bowery Lane brings a rustic charm, along with an industrial chic interior.
At Bowery Lane, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Though, we think it’s most suited to the corporate set, you won’t feel uncomfortable should you not be sporting a suit and tie.
For breakfast, you might first be drawn to their range of juices. The Green Power juice catches our eye, though we’re soon distracted by the Breakfast Stack and the Chorizo Open Omelette.
For lunch, the Burgers entice us. Take your pick from the Tempura Soft Shell Crab, the New York Cheeseburger or the American Chicken Fillet.
Of course the drink list soon comes into play – maybe a Breakfast Martini or a wine selected from their list of Australian, New Zealand and (surprise, surprise) American wines.
For dinner, we’re lusting over the Rare Tuna Sliders followed by the Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder. Yum.
Whatever time of day, we think Bowery Lane should fit the bill.
