Review of Bondi Hardware
The name pays tribute to the former use of the building, where DIY-ers and tradesman would come together to work on projects. The space has now been transformed as a cosy local bar/restaurant.
The share style menu is perfectly suited to groups. Think small plates, pizzas, sliders and more substantial dishes. Drinks wise, the wine list comprises mostly Australian and New Zealand wines with a few global varieties thrown in for good measure. The cocktail list is interesting with a few signatures worth trying such as the Elderflower and Lychee Martini.
The vibe is spot on, laid back Bondi but uber trendy. Seems like the Applejack Hospitality Group have the formula down pat.
