Here are some of our tried and true favourites we’re sure you’ll love, in no particular order:

  1. MS G’s
    Merivale superstar chef Dan Hong and team’s take on Asian fusion, in a funky setting.  Put your name down for a table and head up the 3 flights of stairs to their bar while you wait.  Ultra glam setting and good food to boot.

    Impeccable Japanese cuisine served up in ultra slick surroundings.  One of our long standing favourites for good reason.

    Uber popular Longrain serves up South East Asian cuisine in a communal dining fashion.  This trendy bar/restaurant is always busy and you should expect to wait for a table.  Also well known for their cocktails, perfect to sip on while you wait for your seat.

    Glitzy head turner serving up stellar Japanese dishes and Asian inspired cocktails set inside The Star complex.  Best of all you can access the restaurant without having to set foot inside the Casino.

    Cantonese cuisine made cool.  Fabulous colonial chinese decor.  This is without doubt, a place to be seen.  Head to nearby Palmer & Co. for a drink while you wait for your table.  Great late night dining option.

    3 Bridge Lane, Sydney
    Head through the neon-lit door, just underneath Rockpool Restaurant, down the winding stair case and you’ll enter this sexy restaurant and bar.  Expect dark lighting and ultra plush decor from Neil Perry’s  hidden basement establishment.  The  modern Chinese food is exceptional in every way.  Have a drink at the bar, pre or post your meal, and mingle with the beautiful people.

    10 Bligh Street, Sydney 
    Long time favourite hip Japanese restaurant Toko, with lounge bar Tokonoma next door.  Toko offers informal style Japanese ‘izakaya’ dining.  Tokonoma Lounge doubles as a Soshu bar, as well as offering a fabulous food menu, but best of all, they take bookings at Tokonoma.
