Lovers of une boisson chaude (sorry, sounds so much better than ‘a hot drink’) should high tail it down to The Rocks Aroma festival tomorrow.
The Rocks is putting on The Aroma Festival. A festival celebrating coffee, chocolate, tea and spice, it’s a sure fire winner to warm you up. The festival celebrates four global regions:
- The Oasis
Follow the sweet smells of apple tea, Turkish delight and gozleme to The Oasis at Hickson Road Reserve and revel in exotic Middle Eastern flavours.
- The Continent
Soak up European style, award-winning coffee, French pastries and premium gelato in The Continent’s Peugeot Piazza at the Overseas Passenger Terminal.
- The Orient
Head to The Orient at Kendall Lane for fresh dim sum, traditional Chinese candy and exotic loose-leaf tea.
- The Latin Quarter
Sample delicious Peruvian roasts, Spanish churros and Portuguese mousse in The Latin Quarter at First Fleet Park.
You can also be sure there will be plenty of entertainment to get you in the mood.
We’re loving the ‘foodie’ special offers available – such as the Aroma High Tea at The Shangri-La and the David Blackmore Wagyu Rump Steak in Park Hyatt’s The Dining Room for just $39. Check out the full list of Aroma offers here.
So why not head on down tomorrow and check it out! You can also check out The Rocks Market, while you’re down there.
