The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room is taking its love of oysters to a whole new level, featuring a month long Oyster Festival during August.

$1 oysters from 6-7pm, every day.
- Shaken or stirred
Enjoy a variety of daily oyster-related beverage specials such as The Oyster Shot, or the Oyster Dry Martini.
Daily Cocktail specials – $17.
- Oyster Love-In with chef Sean Connolly & ‘The Cod Father’ John Susman
Chef Sean Connolly and seafood expert John Susman will host an oyster and seafood love-in with two of NSW’s top oyster farmers. Enjoy four courses (including a variety of oysters) with matching wines, while you learn a thing or two about this much loved aphrodisiac.
Tuesday 13 August, 6.30pm; four courses with matched wines, $99 per person.
- Shuck Me Silly: Oyster shucking class
Brush up on your oyster shucking skills with The Morrison’s Vio Pramano, whilst also enjoying oysters matched with beverages including champagne, cocktail, wine and oyster stout.
Tuesday 6 & 20 August, 6.30pm – 8.30pm; 12 oysters + matched drinks, $69 per person.
