Perhaps the coolest bar in Sydney – this is indeed where the beautiful people flock. Ivy Pool is THE place to be in summer. A European styled 1950′s retro San Tropez vibe, the bar is set around a centre piece of a sparkling blue swimming pool (and yes, you can swim in it). Framed by palm trees and bright striped canvas awnings, this is the ultimate summer bar.

If ever there was a quintessential Sydney bar, this has to be it. This is THE best view of Sydney Harbour you will ever hope to experience. You cannot beat this open air bar on a balmy Sydney evening or afternoon. Grab a cocktail, hope for a table, and sit back and enjoy the view of all views.
