Five star hotels are fast becoming the new hot-spot to open up a bar or restaurant and that’s exactly where Hamish Ingham of Bar H fame chose to open his new establishment, Grain Bar.

Situated in the Four Seasons Hotel, Grain Bar boasts a stunning view of George Street, from its open air frontage.  The decor is warm, low lit and very, very sexy.  This is ‘classy wine bar’ at its best.

The extensive wine list features the best of Australian and International wines, while their cocktail list features ‘classic cocktails with a twist’ and the beer selection features the finest hand crafted beer from Australia and around the world.

The snack menu has been created by Hamish Ingham and focuses on respect for simple ingredients and flavours.  You’ve got anything from olives, to burgers to kingfish tartare, as well as a few sweet options.  The menu is perfect for pre or post dinner nibbles, or a light dinner.

So, embrace your ‘classy’ side and head down to Grain Bar soon!
