If you turn your mind to quintessential Sydney restaurants, Flying Fish Restaurant & Bar is bound to come up. The restaurant is located smack bang on our sparkling Sydney Harbour at Pyrmont in a heritage wharf site and boasts a rustic, industrial warehouse interior that’s bound to impress.
We love their use of space. You may choose to dine in their main dining room, in a private room, at the Raw Bar for an up close and personal view of the Sushi/Sashimi chef, or the perhaps the Little Fish Bar, with its own bar menu.
Executive Chef Stephen Seckold and Head Chef Ian Royle, can proudly boast a Chef Hat between them. Naturally, there’s a focus on seafood, but they’re also well known for their Asian inspired flavours, their meats and their seasonal approach.
Not only does the food look exquisite, but the flavours are there to back it up.
