Much loved celebrity cook Bill Granger, the man behind the name, is often referred to as ‘Sydney’s Breakfast King’. Having breakfast at bills is a quintessential Sydney experience and once you’ve taste those infamous Scrambled Eggs or his Ricotta Hotcakes with Honeycomb Butter, you’ll understand why.
Bill’s restaurants offer a relaxed, casual vibe with a no-nonsense approach to their dishes. We have a cupboard full of Bill Granger‘s cookbooks and we’re big fans of his uncomplicated and honest approach to cooking. This is plain and simple good food and sometimes that’s all you need.
Just one word of advice, best to arrive early as bookings are not taken for parties under 10 and it’s likely you’ll need to put your name down for a table. But we think you’ll find it will be worth the wait. Good also to note, breakfast is served until midday only, after that you’ll be choosing from the lunch menu.
